Design around the largest regular parcel

Use the largest box handled weekly, not the smallest mailer, to set the clear packing width. Add hand room on both sides.

Keep daily stock close

A narrow rolling cart can hold labels, tape, mailers, and a scale. Bulk supplies belong elsewhere so the working zone does not collapse into storage.

Place the label printer by workflow

The shortest cable route is not always the best position. Put labels where they can be reached after packing without crossing over the keyboard.

Set an expansion trigger

When daily parcel count or stored inventory exceeds the station limit, separate computer and packing work rather than stacking more organizers onto the desk.

Evidence label

Products described as tested were physically evaluated. Specification-based recommendations are labeled and never presented as hands-on tests.
